Directions: To get to the Pilot Point town square from US 377, turn west on Co. Rd. 1192, aka E. Liberty St. This is the same intersection where FM 455 goes east.

For restrooms, we recommend stopping on US 377 before you drive into central Pilot Point.
This is a fun, fairly flat ride on quiet blacktops that takes us through beautiful horse farm country and out to Lake Ray Roberts, where we ride across the dam. There is a rest stop/convenience store in Aubrey at mile 12 (mile 21 for longer option). There is an additional/optional stop at the Dam Store before riding across the dam.
- Short route is about 38 rolling miles.
- Long route is 54 miles with options to shorten it by omitting certain legs of the route.
- In regards to the GPS routes above, when you click on the link for the respective route you will be taken to Ride With GPS and the route. To download the route click on the "Export" link in the right-hand pane. At that point you will have your choice of "TCX Course" or "GPX Track (.gpx)". It all depends on your GPS device and what it supports.
We’ll have a recommendation for a group lunch after the ride.
