Howdy and welcome to the Dallas Area Tandem Enthusiasts Web Site. We are a group of like-minded people who enjoy riding tandem bicycles for fun and fitness.

We were founded in 1990 and are one of the largest tandem clubs in Texas. Our membership includes tandem "teams" and sponsors from across Texas and thirteen other states.

The  goal of our club is to HAVE FUN, while promoting bicycle safety, social activities, and interest in the sport of cycling. We are made up of riders of all abilities from beginners to seasoned veterans.

Our rides range from 25 to 65+ miles and the pace varies from touring to racing. Most rides include multiple distance options that all begin at the same time and place. So come and join us… there's nothing like riding a bicycle built for two.
